How we evaluate it
We look at the complete transaction: the asset, value, equity, borrower, project, market, business plan, and exit strategy.
This allows us to consider opportunities that may require more flexibility than a conventional lender can provide. Qualified transactions may close as fast as 5 days, subject to complete documentation, underwriting, title, valuation, conditions, and transaction readiness.
